Terms of Service

Introduction

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern the use of services provided by PerfectPixel, operated by BMA Business Solutions GmbH, Chur, Switzerland. By contacting us through any communication channel or ordering any of our services, you agree to these Terms in full.

1. Pricing and Payment

  • All prices listed on the PerfectPixel website are indicated in US Dollars (USD).
  • Clients may pay invoices in Swiss Francs (CHF) or Euro (EUR). The applicable amount will be calculated based on the interbank exchange rate on the date of payment.
  • Clients agree to fully settle invoices within 3 working days after issuance.
  • In the event of late payment, clients agree to pay a penalty of 10 USD for each day the invoice remains unpaid. Late payments may also result in service suspension at the discretion of PerfectPixel.

2. Services

PerfectPixel provides:

  • Web design and development (specializing in WordPress)
  • Website optimization and performance improvements
  • Branding, digital presentation, and online marketing support

All services are provided for general commercial purposes. Specific outcomes are not guaranteed unless explicitly stated in a written agreement.

Clients agree that PerfectPixel may place a credit in the footer of any website we develop.

  • The footer credit will link to the PerfectPixel homepage.
  • The exact text of the credit may vary at the discretion of the web designer.

4. Acceptance of Terms

By contacting PerfectPixel or ordering services through any channel, clients automatically:

  • Agree to these Terms in full
  • Accept the payment, pricing, late payment, and footer credit policies outlined above

5. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by Swiss law.
Any disputes will be subject to the competent courts in Chur, Switzerland, unless mandatory legal provisions indicate otherwise.
